Private Brooklyn hospital is seeking upbeat and personable customer service representative to work in their call center. Interested candidates must have prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Complete flexibility is needed for this role as the shifts may vary and can include weekends and holidays.
• Answering a heavy volume of inbound calls • Dispatching calls to the appropriate department • Assisting callers with questions and/or inquiries • Scheduling the transport of patients to and from the hospital • Other duties as assigned
A minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience
Call center experience is preferred
Flexibility to work any shift which can include weekends and holidays
HS Diploma or equivalent required
