Candidate Referrals

Refer a candidate to us that results in a successful placement and you will be rewarded!

HOW?

  • Recommend a friend or colleague to TemPositions that has not engaged with us before.
  • Assuming they are a match, we will contact them to arrange an interview and will add them to our database.
  • If the person you referred is placed in a permanent or contract position and works at least 100 hours (20 days for School Professionals) with us you will be rewarded with a referral bonus.*

 

Business Referrals

Introduce us to a business that is looking for staff and you could earn $1,000.00.

HOW?

    • Introduce us to someone in a company who is responsible for recruiting staff, or is able to put us in touch with the HR Department.
    • This HR Department / Hiring Manager must be willing to use our services and be actively recruiting for a position we can assist with at that time.
    • The company has no prior working relationship with TemPositions and have not engaged with TemPositions before.
    • TemPositions must make a placement, in either a contract or permanent position.
