Prasad has over 13 years of experience as an IT executive and 10 years of experience working in the staffing industry. A performance-focused leader with experience automating and integrating processes and systems, Prasad is known for driving innovation and building strong delivery teams. His diverse skillset spans both technical and business processes, including software assessment and selection; business and IT strategy; vendor management; digital transformation; cost optimization; and software development.

At TemPositions, Prasad has transformed the Company’s existing systems to integrate cutting-edge cloud-based technology and provide new mobile and SaaS solutions that significantly automate staffing business processes, increasing the overall value of our technical solutions for clients.

Prior to joining The TemPositions Group of Companies, Prasad worked as Senior Software Engineer at Allegis Group of Companies and Newspaper Association of America. Previously, he was Software Engineer for Constellation Energy.

He holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from Arkansas Tech University.
