Tom has been with TemPositions Health Care since 1988. Through his tenure with the company and prior health care positions in a clinical setting, he has gained extensive experience providing staffing gap analyses for our health care clients, and then developing, implementing and overseeing staffing programs for many large governmental and non-profit healthcare organizations.  Tom has spearheaded the staffing response to two public health emergencies in partnership with the US CDC and NYC DOHMH, and has overseen supplemental staffing programs for the largest school system and largest child welfare system in the US.  He has assembled an expert team to support the needs of our clients.

Tom holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management, and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.
