Roger Oliver joined TemPositions’ sales team in 1998 and is now charged with overseeing the acquisition and servicing of some of the company’s largest and most complex accounts. In spring of 2000, he founded The HR Roundtable, a monthly seminar series providing continuing education for Senior Human Resources professionals of our many clients.

Roger has previous experience in sales and product development in the fashion and software industries. Before beginning his career in sales, Roger worked for Restaurant Associates for their B&I accounts as well as high-end catered events.

He serves on the Board of Governors, in charge of membership, for The Partridge Invitation Scholarship Foundation, a fifty year-old hospitality organization; and is an active member of the Society for Foodservice Management. He also serves in a dual role for Job Path as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of their Associate Board.

Roger majored in Creative Writing and Communications at Emerson College.
