Jose joined TemPositions in 2007 as a Site Manager for School Professionals’ SES after-school tutoring division. In 2008, he was promoted to Director of Field Operations, where he was charged with the overseeing all of School Professionals’ city-wide after-school tutoring programs. In 5 years with School Professionals SES division, Jose helped to grow the program from 4 schools and 400 students to 14 schools and over 2,000 students city-wide. In 2013, Jose was promoted to Client Services Supervisor for School Professionals’ Educational Staffing division and then Director of Client Services in 2016. Today, he manages client services for over 250 private, independent and charter schools in the New York City area and is responsible for business development, diversifying School Professionals’ client base, as well as the professional development of internal staff.

Jose holds a B.A. in Childhood Education from the Buffalo State College.
