Charter School Network
Case Study

School Professionals addressed staffing needs for a charter school network during expansion, ensuring no disruption in education.

Problem

A charter school network, consisting of four schools, encountered significant challenges managing their daily staffing needs on their own. Since our partnership began in 2007, we have helped this network address its staffing needs in response to its rapid expansion. During the 2022-2023 school year, the network faced a critical need for 20 long-term staff members to cover leaves and vacancies, along with daily substitutes to fill in for absent teachers.

Solution

School Professionals responded to this challenge with a comprehensive staffing strategy. We successfully identified and placed 20 long-term staff members to manage leaves and fill vacant positions. Additionally, we efficiently fulfilled more than 500 day-to-day substitute teacher requests, resulting in more than 2500 workdays of coverage across the charter school network’s four schools. This approach ensured the smooth operation of the school and continuity of education for the students.
