Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support community involvement by accompanying individuals to appointments, events, or activities
- Foster independence by teaching life skills and encouraging personal growth
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Document services provided and report changes in behavior or health to supervisors
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams to support individualized care plans
Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- At least 6 months experience in the field working with individuals with developmental disabilities, certified as an HHA, CNA or NA we also accept SCIP and AMAP certificates.
