School Professionals ensured no classroom was without a teacher in a charter school network, maintaining educational quality.
A charter school network faced a unique challenge as it continued to expand and undergo internal structural changes. With expansion, a need arose for everyday assistants to cover critical roles such as classroom support and lunch/recess supervision. This network required a reliable staffing partner to ensure that essential functions were adequately staffed to maintain smooth everyday operations and an effective learning environment.
School Professionals has played a crucial role in response to this challenge since 2011; and in 2022-2023, our efforts were instrumental in addressing this network’s staffing needs. School Professionals successfully identified 17 long-term staff members to fill the roles of daily assistants, efficiently covering the necessary positions across all three campuses of the network. Additionally, School Professionals fulfilled more than 200 day-to-day substitute requests, covering a significant number of workdays. Our on-demand network of more than 500 teachers ensured that each campus was equipped with the necessary personnel to handle both routine and unexpected staffing requirements, contributing to the seamless functioning of the network’s schools.
