Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for third-grade students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes respect and student growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and use data to inform instruction.
- Establish effective classroom management routines and maintain high expectations for student behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and school leadership to support student success.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and parent conferences.
- Integrate educational technology and innovative instructional strategies into daily instruction.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records.
- Support the school's faith-based mission and values.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Preferred
- Previous elementary classroom teaching experience.
- Experience using educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a faith-based, student-centered learning environment.
