Trusts, Estates & Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney
(Long Island Law Firm)
A premier Long Island law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its nationally recognized Trusts, Estates, and Fiduciary Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients and gain hands-on experience in all stages of litigation.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to the New York State Bar.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, including depositions, court appearances, motion practice, discovery, and legal research.
- Strong preference for candidates with Surrogate’s Court litigation or contested trusts, estates, and guardianship experience.
- Estate planning and administration knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $140,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience.
- Performance-based bonus and business origination participation.

- Opportunity to work remotely one day per week (based on performance and business needs).
