Total Project Length: 3 consecutive days (If a candidate is open to both locations, this is a single 3-day project. Otherwise, assignments may be split.)
Important Note
This is a one-time, short-term project, not ongoing temporary work. Once the project is completed, the assignment ends.

About the Gig
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with a short-term onsite digitization project. The role involves scanning physical member files and uploading documents to secure
cloud-based folders using a personal device.

Responsibilities
Manually scan physical member files
Upload documents to secure Dropbox folders
Ensure files are clear, complete, and properly organized
Handle sensitive information with care and discretion
Work independently onsite with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Comfortable using a smartphone to scan documents
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable and able to commit to the full project duration
Previous administrative, clerical, or records experience preferred
Experience handling confidential information is a plus
