Our client, a freight forwarding/logistics company located by JFK Airport is seeking a customer service/logistics coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate must be production driven and accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day (production-driven):
Data entry of up to 100 files a day
Read and process bills of lading
Enter shipment data into the system
Update shipment status (shortages, damages, etc.)
Communicate updates via email
Candidate must-haves:
2-3 years data entry and customer service experience
Proven ability to work in high-volume environments
Strong speed and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive work
Strong computer skills
