A client of TGC is seeking multiple experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegals on a direct hire basis. These roles offer the opportunity to work on a wide range of personal injury cases in a collaborative, growing law firm environment with direct client interaction

Paralegal – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury

Salary: $70K–$85K + Benefits
Experience Level: 3–5+ years
Start Date: ASAP
Locations & Schedule: New Jersey (onsite, M–F, 9 AM–6 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through litigation, including pre-suit and trial preparation.
  • Draft and file complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, arbitration statements, and settlement packages.
  • Communicate daily with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts.
  • Maintain and update case files, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met.
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct client intakes, manage caseloads, and track case progress in a case management system.
  • Prepare disbursement statements and coordinate settlement funds.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury (prelitigation and litigation).
  • Strong technical/computer skills; prior experience with case management systems (SmartAdvocate preferred).
  • Familiarity with NJ e-Courts, state rules, and legal procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Spanish/English bilingual fluency (preferred).
  • Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to a growing, tech-forward environment.
