Position Overview
The Investor Relations Associate will serve as a key liaison between the company and the investment community, supporting relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and strategic capital partners. Working closely with executive leadership, this individual will help develop investor communications, maintain market intelligence, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility and positioning in the capital markets.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Communications
- Serve as a point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and capital markets participants.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conference participation, and non-deal roadshows.
- Support shareholder communications and investor engagement initiatives.
Investor Materials & Reporting
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets, and corporate messaging.
- Assist with quarterly earnings processes and related communications.
- Support maintenance of investor-facing content and communications materials.
- Help ensure consistency of messaging across investor audiences.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, peer company disclosures, analyst reports, and market developments.
- Conduct research on prospective investors and maintain investor targeting databases.
- Prepare market intelligence summaries and competitive analyses for leadership.
- Track investor feedback and market sentiment.
Strategic Support
- Assist senior leadership with capital markets initiatives and special projects.
- Support relationship-building efforts across the investment and real estate communities.
- Participate in strategic communications initiatives designed to enhance corporate visibility.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, commercial real estate, capital markets, business development, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and capital markets.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within real estate, REITs, investment management, or financial services.
- Familiarity with public company reporting and investor communications.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of Latin American markets or emerging-market investing is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $85,000–$100,000.
