Hybrid. Financial Analyst. Fantastic opportunity to work directly for the CFO of a fast-growing healthcare organization.
We’re seeking a driven Financial Analyst with 1–4 years of experience who thrives in a high-impact environment and is ready to partner with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Accounting on revenue, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct meetings with C-Suite and Senior Management
- Provide insights through market research, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis
- Analyze trends, financial metrics, and business performance
- Help guide the business toward greater profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced MS Excel: Must be able to work with large datasets and present clean, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
