Temporary Administrative Assistant /HR Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX (supporting a local hotel property)
Schedule: 24 hours per week, 3 days of your choice, 8 hours per day
Duration: Early April – End of June / Early July
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Dress Code: Business casual
We’re looking for a motivated HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join a hospitality property for a short-term assignment. You’ll support the Director of HR with a variety of administrative and HR tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Prepare flyers and materials using Adobe and Canva
Answer phones and greet visitors
Assist with interview coordination and candidate communication (templates provided)
Support general HR tasks using Microsoft Office
