Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting operations for a growing portfolio of multiple entities. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and has prior supervisory experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing month-end close processes, preparing cash flow reports, reviewing accounts payable activities, and helping establish vendor payment priorities. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of accounting activity across numerous entities. Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to provide meaningful financial insights to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience managing accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities is required.
- Prior experience in a CPA firm, public accounting environment, property management, self-storage, real estate, or other multi-entity accounting structure strongly preferred.
