We're partnering with a stable, growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Order Entry/Production Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop an Order Entry team of up to 10 employees.
- Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs, productivity, quality, and accuracy metrics.
- Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Ensure accountability, consistency, and exceptional customer service throughout the order management process.
- Analyze team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Partner with senior leadership to support operational initiatives and long-term business growth.
- Foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of Order Entry leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Demonstrated success managing productivity, KPIs, quality metrics, and employee performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
