Payroll Supervisor – Construction/Union Payroll
A growing general contractor/construction company is seeking a Payroll Supervisor with Construction Union Payroll experience. The ideal candidate has managed payroll for approximately 250 union workers and 75 office employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all payroll processing, calculations, and reconciliations
Manage PTO, deductions, and benefit payments to union halls
Serve as liaison between Finance and HR
Address payroll inquiries from both union and office staff
Requirements:
4+ years of Construction Union Payroll experience
Strong payroll/accounting systems knowledge
Professional demeanor and high reliability
Must be able to work fully on-site in a professional office setting
