We are partnering with a stable manufacturing organization in Suffolk County that is seeking an experienced Order Entry professional ready to take the next step into management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement and is ready to lead people, processes, and performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and developing an order entry team
• Driving process improvement and operational efficiency
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs and productivity metrics
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability across workflows
• Partnering with senior leadership on performance and growth initiatives
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of order entry experience
• Strong focus on process, metrics, and continuous improvement
• A leadership mindset with the ability to step in and elevate performance
