Labor & Employment Litigation Associate – New Jersey or Philadelphia

A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Labor & Employment Litigation practice in New Jersey or Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic and collegial environment.

Responsibilities & Experience:

3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience.

Experience with employment litigation in state and federal courts, administrative practice before local, state, and federal agencies, and/or advisory and counseling work.

Preferred but not required: Experience with traditional labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges, as well as transactional matters involving labor and employment issues.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Active bar license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania preferred.
