Compensation: $30–$40/hour

An established engineering firm in Glen Cove, NY is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Contract Administrator to support its in-house legal department. This is an immediate need and an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys contract administration, document management, and legal operations support.
The assignment is expected to last at least 1–2 months and could continue significantly longer, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
This role supports Corporate Counsel and the VP of Administration and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working independently.
This position is 100% onsite in Glen Cove, NY.
The client places significant emphasis on commute time and strongly prefers candidates whose daily commute is approximately 30 minutes or less. Candidates residing in Nassau County, Northeast Queens, and portions of Western Suffolk County are likely to be the best geographic fit.
