Now Hiring: Import & Export Clerks (CargoWise Experience Required)
Fully On-Site, Near John F. Kennedy International Airport
We are currently seeking experienced Import & Export Clerks to join a growing logistics operation located near JFK Airport. This is a fully on-site opportunity with strong long-term stability and room for professional growth.
We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience using CargoWise to manage international shipments and coordinate end-to-end freight processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export documentation from start to finish
- Coordinate international shipments with carriers, customs brokers, and clients
- Process bookings, billing, and tracking through CargoWise
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience in import/export or freight forwarding operations
- Strong working knowledge of CargoWise is required
- Understanding of customs documentation and international logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work fully on-site near JFK
