Description

We are currently seeking experienced Housekeepers in Danbury, CT. Interested candidates must possess industry experience working in a healthcare facility or hotel. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our client facilities in clean and orderly conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
  • Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
  • Handle reasonable guest complaints/requests and inform others when required
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
  • Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
  • Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper having worked in a hotel or healthcare setting
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Proven working experience in relevant field
  • Prioritization and time management skills
