Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Analyst to support our sustainability initiatives and help drive meaningful impact across environmental, social, and governance priorities. The ESG Analyst will collect, analyze, and report on ESG data, support reporting and compliance efforts, and work across teams to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive ESG research and data analysis to evaluate company performance against ESG criteria, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices. 
  • Collect, validate, and manage ESG data, maintaining systems and repositories to ensure data quality, completeness, and traceability. 
  • Prepare and contribute to ESG reporting and disclosures, including sustainability reports and responses to external frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD). 
  • Track and monitor emerging ESG regulations, frameworks, and industry best practices to support compliance and inform internal processes. 
  • Support risk assessment and materiality analysis, identifying potential ESG risks and recommending mitigation strategies. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and integrate ESG considerations into business activities. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of ESG systems and processes, including development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress. 
  • Communicate findings and insights to internal and external audiences through presentations, reports, and summary documents. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Experience in ESG, sustainability, data analysis, research, or related fields preferred. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and synthesize insights. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting GHG emissions reporting (Scope 1–3) or ESG assurance activities. 
  • Familiarity with sustainability data platforms and tools. 
  • Project management skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
