Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative located in the Patchogue, NY area. Responsible for assisting customers with questions, orders, and concerns while providing friendly and professional service. The role is a temp to possible direct hire position answering calls and emails, resolving customer issues, updating customer information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and a professional attitude are preferred.
Job responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and provide information.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Resolve complaints and customer issues.
- Process order requests.
- Keep customer information updated.
- Provide friendly and helpful service.
- Work with other employees to solve customer problems.
Requirement:
- High School Diploma.
- must have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills.
- Ability to work with customers patiently.
