Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, monitoring compliance, and assisting with due diligence processes. The paralegal will aid in coordinating transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring the accurate handling of legal matters. This is an on-site role based in New Haven, CT.
