We have immediate openings for Line Cooks, Food Prep Assistants, and Deli Specialists to support our high-volume corporate and school dining accounts. Primary Responsibilities
Station Management: Efficiently set up, stock, and maintain workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
Mise en Place: Execute high-volume food preparation including precision cutting, chopping, mixing, and sauce preparation.
Culinary Execution: Cook menu items to exact recipes and standards using various methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, etc.).
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a "clean-as-you-go" workflow; manage the set-up and break-down of work areas in strict accordance with health department guidelines.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including the mandatory use of cutting gloves and non-slip footwear.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of professional culinary experience preferred.
Technical Skill: Solid knife skills and familiarity with standard industrial kitchen equipment.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Uniform Standards: Must provide and wear non-slip kitchen shoes and maintain a professional kitchen uniform.
Certifications: Food Handlers Certificate or ServSafe Certification is a significant plus (but not required).
