Bookkeeper

We are working with a client who is looking for a hands-on, take-charge bookkeeper for a temporary assignment.  The ideal person should have experience with QuickBooks along with having general administrative skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Process daily bills, checks and vendor payments, maintaining detailed records and receipts for 4 locations
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Update weekly accounts receivable and accounts payable aging reports
• Monitor and review all invoices, checks and credit card charges
• Assist in monitoring employee time sheets and processing payroll
• Assist in preparing month end journals and reconciliations for general ledger accounts
• Process bank deposits
• Administrative and clerical duties
