We are seeking individuals interested in starting a career in education as Bilingual Elementary School Teachers. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into teaching who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact.
Location: Miami, Florida
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver classroom instruction for grades K–5
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Set clear expectations and routines
- Use interactive teaching methods (group work, projects, discussions)
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Build a respectful and inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school leadership
- Participate in meetings and professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Interest in pursuing or currently pursuing state teaching certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
- Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Florida DCF 45-hour training (preferred or willingness to complete)
