Description
Our client, a logistics company located by JFK Airport, is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join their growing company. This position is temp-to-hire and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn Ocean Export.
Responsibilities:
- customer quotes
- negotiating with airlines and carriers
- booking shipments
- coordinating pickups and warehouse activity
- preparing airway bills and export documentation
- communicating with customers and vendors
- handling escalations
- managing shipments through final departure
Skills:
- 2+ Years Air Export Experience
- CargoWise preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
