Description
We are seeking an Internal Posting Coordinator for a temporary overnight assignment in Nome, Alaska. This role supports internal administrative workflows related to job posting review, candidate intake routing, and basic system validation.
Responsibilities
- Review internal posting details for formatting and completeness
- Support overnight administrative workflow checks
- Assist with basic candidate intake routing and posting visibility review
- Confirm that internal system fields, locations, and job details appear correctly
- Document any posting or workflow issues for internal follow-up
- Perform other temporary administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Ability to work an overnight schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be comfortable working in a temporary, limited-scope role
Work Environment
This is a temporary overnight administrative assignment based in Nome, Alaska. The position may involve routine computer-based tasks, internal system review, and limited communication with internal staff.
