Corporate Associate Attorney (7+ Years Experience) | New York (Hybrid)

Our client, a highly respected law firm with a sophisticated international practice, is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Corporate Associate Attorney to join its New York office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day business counseling on corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection, real estate, and construction matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters and prepare corporate documents
  • Counsel clients on e-commerce, website compliance, privacy, advertising, marketing, and sales issues
  • Manage commercial disputes, debt collection matters, and customer complaints
  • Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and foreign counsel
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys

Qualifications:

  •  7–9 years of relevant corporate and commercial law experience
  •  Admitted to practice in New York
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal) – required
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, research, and client-service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
