Description
We are seeking a Controller for our client. Highly visible role to produce financial reports and manage the accounting department.
Functions:
- Prepare and manage the month end close and financial package to CFO and C-Suite/Board of Directors. Prepare SALT tax returns, variance analysis, sales reports, flash reports and expense analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and ensuring GAAP.
- Prepare financial reports for corporate office and leading internal/external audits.
- Manage and mentor accounting team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- MBA and/or CPA is highly regarded.
- 5-15 years of experience as a manager in an Accounting department.
- Strong Accounting ERP systems, MS Excel and multi-tasking abilities.
