  • Develop assembly documentation and coordinate the build and testing of engineering hardware.
  • Translate engineering test solutions into production-ready test fixtures.
  • Develop and conduct gauge R&R studies to evaluate test fixture repeatability and reproducibility.
  • Create and maintain production test plans and related documentation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, CAD, project management, assembly, quality, and test teams.
  • Coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Provide technical direction and ensure engineering activities remain aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Identify technical, schedule, resource, and production issues and drive them toward resolution.
  • Maintain thorough engineering, qualification, validation, and production documentation.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous-improvement-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of engineering experience, including experience supervising or managing a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Experience managing engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, from development through production.
  • Strong understanding of RF and microwave testing and measurement.
  • Experience with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and related instrumentation.
  • Experience reviewing or working with PCB and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or comparable design tools.
  • Experience with circuit-level analysis software such as ADS, Microwave Office, or equivalent.
