Transactional Associate

Description
Our client, a New York prestigious law firm, is seeking an Associate to join the 3rd- 5th year class with transactional experience and an interest or experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
This associate will work with our diverse national client base, including owners and operators of, and investors in, long term care and senior living providers, home health agencies, hospices, hospitals and other healthcare providers. Matters for these clients include multi-state acquisitions and divestitures of healthcare facilities and businesses, joint ventures, financings, healthcare real estate transactions, and advising on the development and implementation of innovative healthcare business lines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled corporate associate to develop an industry focus in the growing business of healthcare.
Skills:
- Excellent academic credentials and solid experience are required.
- Prior transactional experience is required.
- Health care experience is a plus.
- Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.
