TGC Search is partnered with one of our top clients in the Oak Creek, WI area looking to add an ERP ( Syteline ) Specialist to the team. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting business decisions through streamlined processes and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on business data from system requests.
- Ensure data stability and integrity across platforms.
- Create and improve ERP forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Administer user access and permissions within data systems.
- Collaborate on business intelligence tools and reporting initiatives.
- Document and train teams on new reporting tools and features.
- Test and validate system updates and new functionality.
- Provide help desk support for Tier 1 issues and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Infor Syteline development and administration.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong skills in SQL, Microsoft SQL, and programming (C# and VB preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
