We are immediately hiring individuals to fulfill various non-clinical responsibilities related to the public distribution of COVID-19 vaccines at various NYSDOH Point of Distribution (POD) sites. Supervisors will oversee and coordinate schedules and rotations of Check-In Staff, Greeters, Registration Attendants, and Flow Controllers. There will be paid video training and orientation prior to starting work.

- BA/BS degree and two years supervisory experience or High School diploma or GED and four years supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, customer service, airline, educational or similar setting.
- Two years of customer-facing work experience such as: restaurant host/hostess, captain, waitstaff, bartender, retail floor workers, hotel front desk or concierge staff; receptionists or customer service agents, flight attendants, check-in or gate personnel, tour guides, teachers, gym greeters, casino and racetrack hosts or similar positions.
- Skills in writing and reporting information.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
