Senior Property Accountant

A fabulous on site Senior Property Accountant role with one of the most successful commercial office complexes in the region. You will prepare and review all aspects of accounting and financial management for assigned properties.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include: *Monthly general ledger close *Financial statement preparation *Budgeting *Reporting *Analysis *Bank reconciliation review *Journal entry approval *Research and invoice/payable review.

Skills:

*The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years experience with Commercial Real Estate    (Property   Accounting). *Bachelors in Accounting or Business with Accounting Minor *Yardi Voyager Experience *Fully Vaccinated If you have your CPA or are working towards your Master's, it would be considered a Plus.
