General Manager Responsibilities

• Directs, Implements, and Maintains the service and management philosophy
• Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
• Familiar with Scheduling, Ordering, Training, and Development
• Lead by example
• Maintain a healthy and happy work environment

General Manager Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a High Volume, Casual-Dining food operation
• Previous experience opening a full-service restaurant with a proven track record
• Strong analytical capabilities including budgeting and financial acumen
• Ability to motivate and drive performance throughout the team
• Must be proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, and sanitation
• Spanish And Greek Fluency is a +++
