Description
Underwriting Assistant (Remote – Temporary)
Duration: 90 days
Location: Remote (must work EST hours)
Pay Range: $19–$25/hour (based on location and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Review property inspection reports to determine insurability
- Identify missing documentation or red flags
- Support underwriting team with processing submissions (no policy authority)
- Maintain accurate updates in internal systems
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines property insurance, ideally in homeowners
- High attention to detail and comfort with structured guidelines
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Available for full-time, remote work during EST hours
