Remote Accounting Manager

Our Client, a National CPA Firm, is adding a Client Accounting Manager to their team.

In this position, the ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities:

• Scheduling and managing client accounting delivered by staff
• Financial reporting for clients
• Function as outsourced Controller to clients
• Budgeting and Forecasting for clients
• Accounts Payable and Bill payments for clients
• Mentor, Coach, and Manage staff
• Expert consultation and Advisory Services to Clientele
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, cash basis/Income tax, or other Basis of Accounting is compliant

The position Requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license or similar accreditation (required)
• 5+ years of recent work experience as an outsourced accountant (preferred) or auditor for a public accounting firm
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (required) and Sage Intacct accounting system (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience supervising, managing teams, and mentoring staff
• Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills
