The TemPositions Group of Companies, Inc., a dynamic 60-year old staffing firm, has an incredible opportunity for a remote part-time Early Morning/Evening and Weekend Coordinator. Founded in 1962, The TemPositions Group of Companies, Inc. is a privately owned full-service staffing firm offering temporary, contract temp-to-hire and direct hire services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Connecting with a high volume of prospective candidates, prescreen candidates and set them up for interviews.
- Matching candidates with positions and assigning them to orders.
- Consistently checking the system and Queue for open orders and/or orders that need to be confirmed.
- Filling short term, long term, temp-hire, and direct hire orders.
- Conducting skills searches, sending SMS messages, and manually calling potential candidates to fill orders.
- Managing high volume of phone calls (ensuring most calls are not answered by an answering system) and emails.
- Following up with clients and candidates via phone and email.
- Contacting candidates about assignment extensions, updates, and terminations.
- Conducting departure, arrival, and first day checks.
- Assisting with candidate coaching.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing according to needs.
- Communicating with the other coordinators (at the beginning and thought-out the shift) to ensure proper management of the workload.
- Completing various projects as assigned, including but not limited to reference verifications, scheduling interviews, compliance documentation and work schedule availability.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are a must.
- Previous recruitment, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.
- Ability to handle a heavy volume of phone calls and emails.
- Great Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects and prioritize their time and workload efficiently.
- Previous customer service/call center experience a plus
- Maintaining a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times
Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (5pm-12am) or Tuesday-Friday (5am-10am) & Saturday (7am-6pm)
Pay Rate: $22-25/hr
