- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from recruitment authorization through to candidate offers
- Assess applicant / candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position
- Resume review, telephone screenings and summary profiles for the hiring managers to review and formulate decisions
- Must have digital media recruiting experience, preferably sourcing technical and developer roles
- Hospitality experience a plus.
- Experience recruiting for international positions desired.
- Proven direct sourcing capabilities and success with hiring talent
