Recruiter (2 needed in NYC and 2 in Queens)

Employment Type:  Long term Temp

About the Job:
We are looking for 4 recruiters to work for a mobile health services company.  As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering with the organizations' designated market operations to fulfill hiring requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and perform virtual interviews with candidates
  • Develop, monitor, enhance employee driven recruitment, referral, retention, and awareness programs.
  • Develop relationships with local schools and training programs
  • Write and post advertisements, utilize social media sourcing methods for recruitment, schedule interviews, and perform reference checks
  • Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates
  • Assist with on-boarding process and ensure positive interview and new-hire experience for all candidates
  • Performs additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience preferably in Health Care
  • Experience working in a small business environment
  • Strong communication skills, energetic personality, and the ability to be self-reliant and super-resourceful
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Workday experience preferred
