Receptionist needed Suffolk and Nassau Country.
- Receptionist duties (filing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc.)
- Data entry
- Screen telephone calls, accurately recording and relaying telephone message
- Read, sort and prioritize incoming mail; ensure that outgoing mail is timely delivered.
- Establish and maintain calendar and deadline reminder systems
- Maintain files
- At least 1-2 years of prior administrative experience
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
