Incredible opportunity to work with our clients as a Receptionist on a temporary (this includes same day), long-term or temp to possible hire basis.
- Answer multiple of phone lines, take and relay messages
- Meet/greet guests
- Sign for packages and deliver FedEx, UPS and USPS packages to recipient
- Manage calendars for the conference rooms
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Ideal candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an office environment as a Receptionist. Knowledge of MS office required.
Hours vary: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. The pay is $14-$16/hr (hours and pay rate vary depending on the assignment).
