Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced real state firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support investment sales operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to analyze market trends, conduct research, and create investment reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze commercial market and submarket trends.
- Prepare high-quality reports and offering memorandums.
- Maintain internal databases and investment intelligence tools.
- Review lease agreements and financial documents.
- Provide analytical support to senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis or investment research.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
