Salary: 72,000.00K
Supervisor: Associate Vice President of Children, Adolescent and Family Services

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive program excellence through strength-based and value-driven leadership
- Provide weekly clinical and administrative supervision to a team of licensed and non-licensed staff who provide services to youth with identified clinical needs
- Lead team members to achieve deliverables as defined by the role-based productivity model
- Ensure that all staff responsibilities and reporting is completed in a timely manner, including case notes, initial evaluations, intake assessments, service plans, and any additional documentation
- Maintenance/expansion of program policy and procedures - including the program manual - as indicated by federal, state & local guidelines, agency policy, and programmatic needs
- Ensure team members provide dedicated, person-centered services
- Collaborate with the Corporate Excellence team to ensure excellence as it pertains to all documentation, trainings, and agency expectations
- Complete staff reviews and annual evaluations
- Collaborate with the Associate Vice President and other team members to guide the continual expansion of the department
- Review incidents and follow-up reports as needed
- Provide wellness-oriented advocacy for people receiving services to assist them to reach their full potential
- Serve as a liaison with community resources
- Perform intake and crisis response services and work flexible hours, as required. May be asked cover cases, in times of crisis/staff shortages
- Attend job-related meetings/trainings including in-service annual trainings
- Other duties as assigned
- This position may require non-traditional work hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage & family counseling
- Licensure in NYS as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Familiarity with best practices in counseling, assessment, and skill building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
